About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Blender Operator to work in Baytown, Texas. The role operates and maintains blending equipment to mix raw materials accurately according to production specifications, while following safety standards and quality control procedures to support efficient manufacturing operations.

The position involves standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret batch sheets and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

• Previous experience operating blending or mixing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending machinery to mix raw materials according to batch recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blending equipment.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain accurate production records and report discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
