About The Position

Klein Products is looking for a motivated individual to join our production team as a Chassis Mechanic. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and career-minded individual with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requirements

• 3 months of related experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to make good decisions based on facts.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and test hydraulic, pneumatic, liquid distribution, electrical systems, and PTOs on all units.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Perform stamping, riveting, and cutting operations.
• Assemble parts using nuts and bolts.
• Connect air hoses and hydraulic lines.
• Conduct inspections on all work performed.
• Complete inspection forms.
• Communicate with direct managers and project managers as needed.
• Work with limited supervision.
