Responsibilities

• Support the execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
• Assist with event setup, guest services, registration, and event breakdown activities
• Represent nonprofit partners and charitable organizations professionally at fundraising events and community programs
• Engage with attendees, donors, sponsors, and community members to promote awareness and support for charitable causes
• Support donor outreach, supporter engagement, and fundraising efforts
• Distribute promotional materials and provide information about nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of event attendance, donations, sponsorships, and fundraising results
• Assist with marketing and public relations efforts that increase visibility for nonprofit campaigns
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for event attendees
• Contribute ideas that help improve fundraising participation and community engagement
