About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join a growing marketing and events team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Internships or prior experience in event planning, marketing, promotions, or hospitality is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Passion for event coordination, brand marketing, and live experiences

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences
• Support development of event concepts, themes, and campaign objectives in collaboration with the marketing team
• Manage event logistics, including setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
• Communicate with event attendees and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist in creating and distributing event marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and invitations
• Support event registration management and maintain accurate attendee databases
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new event opportunities
• Prepare post-event reports, including performance metrics, attendance data, feedback, and ROI analysis
• Stay current on industry trends, event marketing strategies, and competitor activities
