About The Position

The Charge RN coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and manages operational issues during the shift. The role provides clinical care as needed based on census, communicates patient care matters, departmental issues, and staff concerns to appropriate leaders, and serves as a resource for staff guidance and assistance.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
