About The Position

Brookhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a motivated Charge Nurse to join its team in Carrollton, Texas. Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding assigned residents.
• Consult with physicians about resident evaluations and assist the Director of Nursing with planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Help team members grow their careers.
• Examine residents and their records and charts to distinguish normal from abnormal findings and recognize early signs of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
• Complete administrative duties for assigned residents, including medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
