About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a full-time Charge Registered Nurse to coordinate the delivery of nursing care. In collaboration with Nursing Leadership, the Charge Nurse provides leadership alongside medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain nursing practice standards in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse also serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff. The position is listed for full-time day shifts at St. Luke's Rehab. Requirements

Current RN license in the state of application.
Current BLS certification.
ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses from day one; the description also states that ACLS is required after 90 days and offers help obtaining it.
One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
Comfort working with vents, trachs, and PICC lines.
Two years of experience in direct patient care.
