About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Charge Nurse for Hampden Rehab. The Charge RN coordinates the delivery of nursing care and, aligned with Nursing Leadership, provides leadership in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain nursing practice standards in the clinical setting. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff. The position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• RN license in the state where applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification is required from day one for Charge Nurses.
• ACLS certification is required after 90 days of employment for other applicable hires.

Nice To Haves

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience; preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments.
• Comfort working with vents, trachs, and PICC lines.
• Two years of experience in direct patient care.
