Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience coordinating, producing and promoting podcasts and/or webinars.
  • 2-4 years of experience analyzing and reporting on performance data across channels, utilizing metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement and using data-driven insights to drive actionable growth.
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and other channels in collaboration with channel marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Streamyard, Libsyn, Descript, YouTube, Google Advertising, social media platforms).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators, writers, designers, and/or channel strategies, to produce cohesive marketing efforts and maximize impact across channels.
  • Proven experience in podcast production and marketing is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years’ work experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of the AAFP podcast channel and other emerging channels.
  • Support other owned marketing channels of AAFP, collaborating with fellow colleagues of the Digital & Social Media Team.
  • Lead execution of podcast initiatives, from working with podcast content team to coordinating guests and schedules to producing and promoting, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyze and report on performance data across channels, utilizing metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement and using data-driven insights to drive actionable growth.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and other channels in collaboration with channel marketing teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
