About The Position

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to champion marketing activities across some of their most strategic channel partners. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience cultivating cross-functional partnerships, creating, executing, and measuring partner marketing campaigns that align with business initiatives and generate strong ROI via a “thru partner” go-to-market model. This role involves leveraging global campaigns to develop and manage scalable "through partner" marketing programs that generate partner-sourced leads, meetings, and pipeline. The manager will develop and evolve Channel Marketing programs, resources, and tools to create and drive partner-sourced demand, and will develop and track relevant partner demand metrics and measurements to quantify program impact. The role also includes owning the creation, execution, and budget management of quarterly partner marketing plans, educating and working with stakeholders across the business and with partners to implement strategy, initiatives, and programs, fostering lasting relationships with partner marketing and sales stakeholders, and building tight partnerships with internal stakeholders, including channel sales and marketing, and field and sales marketing, to successfully build partner marketing plans that drive partner-sourced pipeline growth. The position requires driving cross-functional coordination and fearless creation and execution of unique marketing plans and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7-10 + years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the tech industry and preferably with partner marketing experience
  • Ability to plan, execute, and scale enterprise level marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • High energy and passion with a “can-do” attitude
  • Executes with urgency
  • In depth understanding of reseller partner ecosystem
  • IT industry experience with Knowledge of Cloud & Cyber
  • Worked with Enterprise scale National Reseller Partners such as Ahead, Guidepoint, ePlus, SHI, CDW, Insight, Trace3, Presidio or WWT.
