About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Channel Marketing Program Specialist. This is a hybrid-based position where candidates must reside within 50 miles of our Moon Township, PA location to be considered for the position. The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Position Overview: The Channel Marketing Program Specialist will be responsible for driving awareness of Eaton’s products and services through strategic marketing & marketing operations efforts, primarily around developing and managing channel marketing programs, campaigns and content by working closely with product line teams to align channel and business priorities. This employee will be responsible for driving an increased availability in product-focused content for Eaton’s key channel partners & manufacturing representatives. Additionally, this role will focus on better enabling & supporting Eaton’s channel-facing sales teams. This role involves building/maintaining relationships with various internal and external teams, speaking confidently to channel’s tools and resources, creating marketing programs, resources and content to enable channel partners, and understanding how Eaton supports (and can better support) its distributors. This role requires a strong marketing and communications background ideally with graphic design and program execution experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum one to three (1-3) years of experience working in marketing, communications or marketing analytics
Minimum one to three (1-3) years of experience with graphic design software & creating marketing materials, campaign content, etc.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Possess a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Ability to travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

Experience with marketing software including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.
Experience with KPI tracking and marketing analytics
Experience managing and executing several campaigns/initiatives simultaneously
B2B marketing and/or communications experience
Video editing experience
Experience working with creative vendors with the ability to effectively communicate vision & strategy to graphic designers, video production companies, etc.
Graphic design experience (preferably with advanced tools including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

Responsibilities

Support the Channel Marketing and Communications Manager in executing the team’s newly expanded strategy by working with product line marketing teams to gather/develop campaign requirements, move projects forward, oversee the editing/approval process & manage content schedules
Support distributor, DSR & product line graphic design requests and video editing where necessary
Manage channel-owned program memberships & vendor relations, manage the back end of these platforms, work to drive an improved UX & content experience
Conduct proactive market research and validation to identify new opportunities to promote Eaton via channel
Lead the Distributor Showroom Showcase program, coordinate the shipment of all program assets and act as the SPOC
Act as the MyEaton content lead, proactively upload and audit channel marketing-owned files and content to ensure a streamlined & intuitive experience for customers
Provide field marketing support to provide consistent and bolstered experience at customer events, counter days, etc.
