About The Position

Cricut empowers people to make and personalize almost anything. This role is responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies to support key retailers, including in-store, digital, and omnichannel initiatives. The Channel Marketing Manager will own and drive retailer marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve sell-through growth and revenue goals, manage retail media activations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor marketing efforts per retailer. This position also involves managing product launch support, monitoring market trends, and serving as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned retail partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required (communications or marketing major preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or trade marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or electronics industry.
  • Keen understanding of consumer products as well as emerging consumer technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed, problem-solver
  • Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support key retailers, including in-store, digital, and omnichannel initiatives
  • Own and drive retailer marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve sell-through growth and revenue goals
  • Manage retail media activations with partners such as Walmart Media Connect and Roundel, defining KPIs, pacing budgets, and analyzing ROAS and sell-through performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Brand Marketing, to tailor marketing efforts per retailer
  • Manage and implement product launch support, ensuring timely execution of marketing assets, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
  • Help partners put in place KPIs to measure marketing activities efficacy
  • Own weekly reporting of retailer sell-through and marketing executions.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned retail partners, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on business objectives.
