About The Position

The Channel Marketing Coordinator - DACH role will support the marketing activity of Focusrite Group's Content Creation brands, including Focusrite, Novation, ADAM Audio, Sequential and Oberheim. This position will own the day-to-day channel marketing relationship across the direct-to-reseller network in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). The role involves translating regional FGEMEA and Global brand marketing strategies into effective local activity, ensuring consistent and effective representation of brands and products across reseller stores, digital and e-commerce channels, local media, and artist, creator and influencer networks. The coordinator will plan and execute campaigns, product launches, promotions, and partner marketing activity in collaboration with Sales, Brand, Localisation, Events, and external partners to support demand generation, sell-through, and brand marketing objectives. The role requires managing both proactive marketing plans and reactive partner requirements, prioritizing activity based on commercial opportunity, product priorities, and regional focuses.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • Previous experience within a trade marketing or channel marketing role, ideally within a Music Technology, Consumer Electronics, or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong project and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail/e-commerce environments and the principles of strong brand representation.
  • Experience supporting events and/or partner activations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with DACH resellers, ensuring timely planning, communication, delivery, and follow-up of marketing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the local Sales team to identify commercial opportunities, aligning marketing activity with revenue and sell-through priorities.
  • Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and promotional activity, ensuring relevant assets, messaging, and partner deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Conduct regular audits of priority reseller partners, assessing brand representation, campaign execution, product content, promotional activity, and adherence to agreed marketing plans.
  • Oversee multiple brands and partners, implementing efficiencies and prioritization methods to maximize impact.
  • Develop and/or adapt proactive marketing plans that align with regional strategies and individual brand objectives.
  • Work with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, FGEMEA and Head of Marketing, FGEMEA to understand regional priorities, devising and executing suitable campaigns in collaboration with partners.
  • Support the regional Events Manager in the planning and execution of key local events, including logistics and on-site delivery, particularly in the DACH and BNLX regions.
  • Work with the Localisation Manager to ensure global and regional campaign assets are tailored for German-language markets and meet local partner requirements.
  • Develop relationships with local-language media partners to secure PR, editorial, and promotional opportunities that support brand and product awareness.
  • Build relationships with local artists, creators, and influencers, identifying opportunities to support product demand and brand awareness.
