About The Position

Lead strategic account initiatives by developing and executing profitable marketing programs for key customers. Drive program development from concept through execution, including product mix, packaging, merchandising, and pricing strategy. Strengthen customer partnerships through regular engagement, presentations, training participation, and strategic collaboration. Develop pricing strategies that support profitability goals while aligning with customer expectations and market trends. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Design, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams to deliver successful programs. Analyze business performance through forecasting, budgeting, sales analysis, and market trend evaluation. Bring the customer perspective to the business by gathering competitive insights, conducting store visits, and identifying emerging opportunities. Support and develop team success through coaching, collaboration, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in channel management, marketing, sales support, or account management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with merchandising and packaging strategy
  • Background supporting large customer accounts or channel-specific business development
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Knowledge of foodservice, consumer products, or disposable tabletop industries
