The Channel Account Manager will drive awareness and maintain working knowledge of B2B Monitor product portfolio, vertical solutions, and business market trends. This role involves the proactive identification of opportunities within existing National Channel Partners to drive net new sales revenue on a consistent, incremental basis for the B2B Monitor product category. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and account managers within existing National Channel partners. The Channel Account Manager will drive revenue growth of B2B Monitor through the channel by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and supporting sales efforts. They will also drive and execute revenue targets, market share targets, and sales of the B2B Monitor product category within existing Channel Partners. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, is essential to ensure alignment and support for channel B2B Monitor initiatives. The role involves watching market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within the channel for the B2B Monitor product category. Providing regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders is crucial for strategic decision-making for B2B Monitor. The Channel Account Manager will represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to promote the brand and build relationships within the channel ecosystem. Frequent presence in local Channel Partner offices is expected to participate in joint sales calls, promote B2B Monitor marketing programs, and support Channel Partners with product-related information. Driving mind share of B2B Monitor through partner training, competitive positioning, sales enablement, and executing special pricing promotions within existing Channel Partners is a key responsibility. Growing adoption of B2B Monitor channel marketing programs with Partners to grow revenue within the Channel and assisting with account reviews and quarterly business reviews are also part of the role.
