About The Position

The Change Manager will support the organization’s security team by coordinating change requests and release readiness and delivery. The role requires quickly learning and following the defined Enterprise Change Process, coordinating release details with project teams, and ensuring required approvals are obtained. The position is fully onsite in downtown Denver, Colorado, and is offered as a contract role.

Requirements

• Experience with change requests and change management.
• Knowledge of JIRA and BMC Remedy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to drive processes across an organization.
• Ability to quickly learn, work independently, and take initiative.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to understand release requirements and coordinate release details.
• Ensure all required release approvals are gathered.
• Follow Enterprise Change Management Standards and the defined Enterprise Change Process using JIRA, Release Manager, and BMC Remedy.
• Understand existing processes and communicate and train others on how to follow them.
• Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.
• Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
