About The Position

The Change Management Manager leads the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes. This role defines the change vision and phased roadmap, conducts impact and stakeholder assessments, and develops clear communication and training strategies. Partnering closely with business units and cross‑functional teams, the manager mobilizes change networks, enables leaders and managers to reinforce behavior change, monitors readiness and adoption through data and dashboards, and removes barriers to support large‑scale transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-6 years Change Management Experience
  • 4-6 years Organizational Design Experience
  • Strong communication to drive clarity and engagement
  • Close collaboration with business units to ensure relevance and buy-in
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and track change effectiveness
  • PowerPoint (PPT) expertise, creating clear, executive-ready presentations that translate data into actionable insights
  • Organizational chart development and analysis, mapping structures, reporting lines, and role impacts during organizational changes

Nice To Haves

  • A strong track record of designing and leading successful organizational transformation initiatives in large companies.
  • A Change Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to the Change Management Consultant by setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with overall change strategy.
  • Monitor performance, remove obstacles, and support professional development to ensure high-quality execution of change initiatives.
  • Translate high-level change strategies into actionable plans and activities that promote transparency, build trust, and increase employee engagement.
  • Ensure messaging, actions, and leadership behaviors consistently reinforce the desired change outcomes across the organization.
  • Ensure the creation of clear, consistent communication materials that articulate the purpose, benefits, and impact of changes.
  • Guide the development of structured narratives, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and supporting collateral that help stakeholders understand and adopt the change.
  • Define change vision, objectives and develop a phased roadmap outlining key activities, milestones, and deliverables across all stages of the change lifecycle to ensure successful execution and sustainability.
  • Identify and assemble a cross-functional change team with defined roles and responsibilities (change lead, communication lead, training lead) and mobilize local change agents from the business.
  • Meet with leaders for intake sessions to determine size, scope, and impact of the changes and follow up with change plan, timeline, and implementation phases.
  • Monitor readiness and measure adoption via dashboards to assess organizational health and identify gaps.
  • Remove barriers, coordinate cross functional support (IT, operations, security, HR), and integrate change outcomes into risk and operational programs as required.
