The Change Manager, Enterprise Change is responsible for supporting the successful adoption of key business changes by applying structured change management methodologies, building stakeholder readiness, and enabling employees to effectively adapt to change. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Change, this role partners with project teams, functional stakeholders, and leaders to assess people impacts, mitigate risks, and support the delivery and sustainment of change initiatives. The Change Manager contributes to operational readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement to ensure changes are effectively implemented at the project and program level.
