About The Position

This role focuses on designing and applying structured change management strategies to lead large-scale organizational and technological transitions. The Change Enablement Manager will conduct organizational assessments, analyze data, and evaluate risks to provide guidelines for managing resistance. They will collaborate with internal partners to guide initiatives, influence outcomes, and drive the adoption of change. Additionally, this role involves designing, developing, and delivering change management workshops to build organizational change capabilities and owning change strategy deliverables while monitoring progress and effectiveness.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3+ years of experience leading large-scale change management initiatives from conception through implementation, utilizing specialized tools for assessment, communication, and tracking.
Strong workshop facilitation and adult learning expertise, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders across the organization.
Exceptional, courageous interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with and influence senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

Prosci certification strongly preferred
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal key partners to guide initiatives while influencing key outcomes and deliverables including adoption of change
Design, develop and deliver interactive change management workshops to build sustainable change capabilities across all levels of the organization
Own the change strategy deliverables and actively monitor progress to evaluate the effectiveness of change enablement efforts against intended outcomes
