This role sits at the intersection of organizational design and human change management — the critical bridge between what the technology enables and what the organization can actually absorb.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of consulting experience focused on operating model and organizational design
  • Demonstrated process mapping, optimization and re-engineering experience, from concept through implementation
  • Change management framework design and execution expertise (Prosci / ADKAR preferred)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and executive communication abilities
  • Previous experience designing training programs with measurable impact
  • An innovative and creative AI-assisted approach to process analysis and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the people and process dimension of every transformation project
  • Redesign operating models and re-engineer processes across corporate and support functions
  • Design and execute change management frameworks that drive adoption at all levels
  • Build internal communications and training infrastructure that makes change stick
  • Navigate stakeholder complexity across senior leadership, middle management, and frontline staff
