The Change Enablement Senior Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering and measuring change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for various initiatives and projects across multiple functions. This critical position will work with senior leaders and stakeholders across many parts of the business to drive operational readiness and change management activities. Essential to the success of this position is working within a matrix structure that supports the ability to interact with a diverse team. The Change Enablement Senior Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Change Enablement within the Finance Continuous Process Improvement team.
