The Chalet Concierge is a central part of the Mountain Activities team whose main objective is to provide exceptional service to our owners and guests by assisting with any requests, providing information about the Chalet’s amenities, shuttling, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay. During the winter season, this role focuses on supporting the Chalet Mountain Activities team through front desk reception and ski equipment and locker assignments for guests. At times they may assist guests with putting on or removing boots and skis.
