Requirements

Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience preferred
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with phones, computers, and basic office software
Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and ensure a positive community experience
Provide information about the community, services, amenities, and programs to prospective residents and families
Distribute brochures, informational packets, and other marketing materials
Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed
Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, and general office support
Support community events and resident engagement activities as needed
