About The Position

The Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC) Clinical Manager provides clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for the Community and Family Resource Center. The Clinical Manager oversees the daily operations of the program, supervises multidisciplinary staff, ensures high-quality service delivery, monitors contract compliance and program outcomes, and promotes continuous quality improvement. Working collaboratively with agency leadership and community partners, the Clinical Manager helps develop and strengthen services that address the social determinants of health while ensuring services remain client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. The CFRC Clinical Manager follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The Clinical Manager supports the agency’s mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies.

Requirements

  • Active Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing services to inner city clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds preferred.
  • Minimum two years (2) years’ experience in management, supervision, or program development preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written).
  • Valid California driver’s license.
  • Current automobile insurance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company.
  • Have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
