The CFO will provide critical support to the accounting department. This role involves training and supervising Staff Accountant(s), performing complex clerical, bookkeeping, and other accounting assignments. The position oversees accounting operations including financial accounting, accounts payable, and the accounting portion of payroll. It also involves overseeing the system of internal controls over accounting functions to minimize risk, supervising accounting staff, and coordinating training programs. The CFO will also handle discipline and termination of accounting staff as needed and in accordance with company policy.
