Requirements

• Strong experience with federal and state income tax compliance.
• Experience managing complex consolidated return filings.
• Experience managing compliance with state-specific nuances, such as combined reporting or throwback rules.
• Experience defending tax positions during audits.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership of complex compliance areas, including consolidated and unitary returns.
• Bachelor's Degree.
