About The Position

BrightPath Kids is hiring a Certified Toddler Teacher at its Braintree, Massachusetts center. The teacher works alongside teachers and families to provide a home-away-from-home experience for children in care, following NAEYC guidelines. The role includes overseeing programs and activities across multiple classrooms, mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers, creating developmentally appropriate curricula, and planning activities around children's interests and learning styles. The teacher also partners with families to plan care and education and communicates effectively with parents and guardians about their child. The position is full-time, with no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or EEC State of Massachusetts Teacher certification is required.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized.
Ability to work within regular operating hours.
Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities
