About The Position

BrightPath Kids is hiring a Certified Toddler Teacher at its Braintree, Massachusetts center. The teacher works side-by-side with teachers and families to provide children with a home-away-from-home experience in accordance with NAEYC guidelines. The role involves overseeing programs and activities across multiple classrooms, mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers, and creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to children’s interests and learning styles. The teacher also partners with families to plan care and education and communicates effectively with parents and guardians about their child. The position is full-time, with no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or EEC State of Massachusetts Teacher certification.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities
