Receives and dispatches emergency and non-emergency request for police, fire, ambulance service, coroner and animal control using telephone, two way radio, and various computer systems. This role includes all duties of a Telecommunicator I, plus additional responsibilities such as conducting training, assisting in developing training needs, performing evaluations for new employees, and potentially being assigned Terminal Agency Control (TAC) and/or assistant TAC duties.
