This role functions as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures. The position is at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, which is committed to supporting patient care, research, teaching, and service to the community. It is a non-profit, community teaching hospital located in Jamaica Plain. Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is a designated Magnet hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Surgical Technician Certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
Must present and submit Certification of Graduation, as follows: - ARC/STSA-Accredited Surgical Technology Program - NBSTSA- Certification is conferred by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
Staff adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards
Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred

Responsibilities
