About The Position
Step into the operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and become an essential part of a high-performing surgical team! You’ll help bring precision, focus, and energy to every procedure making sure patients receive safe, seamless, high-quality care when it matters most. In this hands-on role, you’ll work side-by-side with surgeons and nurses to keep the OR running smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes every day.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Current CST certification (NBSTSA)
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
Responsibilities
- Jump into the action as the scrub tech during surgical procedures
- Set up and organize instruments, equipment, and supplies for the OR
- Help maintain a sterile, safe, and efficient surgical environment
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to keep procedures flowing
- Support patient safety, comfort, and excellent outcomes throughout surgery
