About The Position
Join the Henderson Labor & Delivery team as an OB Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and be part of one of the most meaningful moments in healthcare—bringing babies into the world. In this role, you’ll work in both Labor & Delivery and the OB Operating Room, supporting C-sections, assisting with deliveries, and helping ensure every birth experience is safe, smooth, and supported. You’ll be right in the heart of the action, working alongside providers and nurses to care for moms and newborns during life-changing moments.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Current CST certification (NBSTSA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
Responsibilities
- Perform scrub duties in Labor & Delivery and OB-OR settings
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Circulate and support the surgical team during OB procedures
- Help ensure safety, comfort, and excellent outcomes for mothers and babies
- Work closely with nurses, providers, and the care team in a fast-paced environment
