About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assist for a Surgical Services position in Salt Lake City, Utah. The position is scheduled for a 5x8 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must also meet the listed documentation, certification, health-screening, and pre-employment screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
