About The Position

Our client is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assist for a Surgical Services position in Racine, Wisconsin. The position is a 4x10 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must meet the listed documentation, screening, vaccination, and certification requirements and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• MMR, hepatitis B, and varicella titers
• Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
