About The Position

Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to provide services to The Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) program at multiple locations: Altus AFB, OK, Holloman AFB, NM, Laughlin AFB, TX, Tyndall AFB, FL, Vance AFB, OK. Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury. Incumbents are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
2+ years of full-time experience as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in collegiate, professional, or tactical athletics; aerospace industry; test pilot/astronaut programs; or similar man-machine high-performance environment
NSCA, CSCS, or CSCCa SCCC certification
Current CPR and AED certification.
Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
Other related duties as assigned.
