Certified Senior Salesforce Developer
About The Position
The State of Ohio - DCY is seeking a Certified Senior Salesforce Developer (PR4) with three openings available: one hybrid and two remote. This role involves developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce applications, serving as a technical lead, and building integrations with external systems. The developer will also be involved in DevOps practices, code reviews, requirements definition, and supporting software deployments. Additionally, the role requires performing Salesforce administrator tasks such as user support, data management, security definition, system configuration, data analytics, and process automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- At least 2-3 years in Omnistudio platform
- 5+ years experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs.
- Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product
- Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
- Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII)

- 6 mos – 1 year Exp working on public sector solutions (Grants Management)
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures)
- Serve as technical lead, as assigned.
- Build and maintain integrations between salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware and integration tools. (Eg – Mulesoft)
- Understand DevOps practices, CI/CD (Gearset / Copado etc.) and version control systems
- Proficient with Salesforce data loader, workbench etc.
- Assure requirements are defined and approved, perform code reviews and ensure agency application development standards are met.
- Work with business area personnel to assure requirement(s) are thoroughly defined and approved.
- Perform impacts analyses to identify interdependencies; assist with design reviews.
- Perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, System configuration, data analytics, and automating processes.
- Support software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments.
