About The Position

The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Salesforce applications. The selected consultant will build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce APIs while collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
2–3+ years of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
5+ years of experience with Apex
5+ years of experience with Triggers
5+ years of experience with Batch Apex
5+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
5+ years of experience with Salesforce APIs
Experience developing with OmniStudio Components
Experience developing with FlexCards
Experience developing with OmniScripts
Experience developing with DataRaptors
Experience developing with Integration Procedures
Experience developing Experience Cloud Sites
Experience building integrations using Salesforce APIs, Middleware, and tools such as MuleSoft
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)
Experience using Salesforce Data Loader and Workbench
Experience performing Salesforce Administration tasks: User Management, Security, Data Management, Process Automation, System Configuration
Experience supporting deployments across development, test, and production environments
Salesforce Developer Certification (PDI or PDII)

Nice To Haves

Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (Grants Management)
Experience with OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation
Data migration and solution design on the Public Sector Foundation platform
Ability to lead technical teams

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Salesforce applications.
Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment.
Develop OmniStudio Components, FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Develop Experience Cloud Sites.
Build integrations using Salesforce APIs, Middleware, and tools such as MuleSoft.
Utilize CI/CD and DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
Use Salesforce Data Loader and Workbench.
Perform Salesforce Administration tasks including User Management, Security, Data Management, Process Automation, and System Configuration.
Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
Troubleshoot OmniStudio-related issues.
