Certified Senior Salesforce Developer
About The Position
We are seeking a Certified Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role involves developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce applications, building integrations, and supporting deployment tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Omnistudio. You will also play a key role in code reviews, technical leadership, and collaborating with business personnel to define and approve requirements. Additionally, the role requires the ability to perform Salesforce administration tasks and support software deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- at least 2-3 years in Omnistudio platform
- 5+ years experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs.
- Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
- Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII)
Nice To Haves
- 6 mos – 1 year Exp working on public sector solutions (Grants Management)
- Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures)
- Performs code review(s); serves as technical lead, as assigned.
- Build and maintain integrations between salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware and integration tools. (Eg – Mulesoft)
- Understands DevOps practices, Cl/CD (Gearset / Copado etc.) and version control systems
- Proficient with Salesforce data loader, workbench etc.
- Assures requirements are defined and approved, performs code reviews and ensures agency application development standards are met.
- Works with business area personnel to assure requirement(s) are thoroughly defined and approved
- Performs impacts analyses to identify interdependencies; assists with design reviews.
- Able to perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, System configuration, data analytics, and automating processes
- Supports software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments.
