About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a Locum Tenens position in St. Johnsbury, VT. This role involves providing anesthesia services in a hospital setting, specifically a Critical Access Hospital. The coverage period is ongoing, with a need for approximately 5 shifts per month, for an initial duration of 4 to 6 months. The primary clinical shift is from 7 AM to 3 PM, with optional on-call shifts. The CRNA will manage adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases, and will be involved in various case types including bread and butter, orthopedic, OB, general surgery, and urology procedures. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a surgical team, including surgeons and OR staff, to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery.

Requirements

• Active VT license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Bread and butter anesthesia experience required
• Clean background required
