About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens coverage at a hospital in York, PA. This is a clinical-only role with ongoing coverage needed starting June 22, 2026. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties, including trauma, neuro, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, general, GI, peds, plastics, and ortho, in a Level I trauma facility with 593 beds. The role involves collaboration with anesthesiologists in a medically directed model (1:3, max 1:4) and managing perioperative patient care. Experience with various anesthesia techniques, including regional and general anesthesia, and ultrasound-guided techniques is required. The facility utilizes the Epic EMR system, and specialty backup from anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams is available.

Requirements

• Active PA License
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Board Certified)
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Experience in high-acuity, multi-specialty surgical settings

Nice To Haves

• Experience with general anesthesia (GETA)
• Experience with monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
• Experience with regional anesthesia
• Experience with spinal anesthesia
• Experience with ultrasound-guided techniques
• Experience with epidurals (without physician present)
