About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgical Services position in Seymour, Indiana. The position is for a 4x10 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- MMR, hepatitis B, and varicella titers.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
