About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is recruiting for a Surgical Services Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) position in Silverdale, Washington. The assignment is a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical documentation and certifications, two current clinical references, and completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening.
