About The Position
The client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech for Surgical Services in Lewisville, Texas. The position is a 4x10 day shift and requires current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least one year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening.
