About The Position

Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Pediatric Occupational Therapy Department in Danville, Indiana. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to provide occupational therapy services to outpatient and ABA learners as part of our interdisciplinary therapy program under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
  • NBCOT certification required.
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be energetic and enjoy working with children.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to children under OT supervision.
  • Assist children in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, play, and daily living skills.
  • Collect data and monitor client progress toward established goals.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, and other team members to support positive client outcomes.
  • Prepare treatment materials and support the implementation of individualized intervention plans.
  • Educate and support families with home program activities as directed by the supervising OT.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, state, and payer requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrate high integrity and adherence to the company's core values.
  • Support a positive, collaborative, and learner-focused therapy environment.
