As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence, professional development, and delivering high-quality patient care that helps individuals regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life following injury or illness. This role is PRN and will work primarily weekend day shifts with some weekday shifts available.
Requirements
- Current State Licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
- BLS/CPR Certification required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and goal achievement.
- Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care.
- Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and follow safety protocols.
