Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA / OTA - Full Time
About The Position
Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for its sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department in Madawaska, Maine. The role provides comprehensive, compassionate therapy services in a skilled nursing facility and works collaboratively with rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus and a good-faith pay range of $27–$35 per hour. The company is therapist-owned and operated and emphasizes appropriate, ethical patient care, continuing education, and helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.
Requirements
- Hold a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be eligible for licensure to practice in the state of employment.
- Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Have experience with electronic documentation.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and timely documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.

Responsibilities
