About The Position

This position will be traveling to cover patients in our West Seattle and North Kent sites. Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License OR Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit OR Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
