About The Position

Theracare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their dedicated therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role involves performing skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Theracare is an employee-owned company with a strong emphasis on customer service and has been serving the Indiana community since 1996, providing contract Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current or eligible for state license
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience
