Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. Requirements

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Within 30 days of hire)
• Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License (Upon hire)

• 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.
