About The Position

Kidzoola Therapy Center, a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Missoula, Montana, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time or part-time role. The clinic emphasizes a supportive, collaborative environment where children grow through engagement, motivation, and connection. Therapy sessions are play-based yet grounded in evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and strong caregiver relationships. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, child-led therapy and working within a supportive team.

Requirements

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and efficiently
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and clinical collaboration
